Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Your spa experience, time, and treatments are reserved especially for you. We love our clients and respect our service professionals. Because our service professionals prepare for you in advance, we will not accommodate cancellation or no shows with a refund or reschedule. All sales are final.

Late Policy:

If you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to accommodate you. You are required to show up for your appointment on time. We ask that all of our clients come to appointments early to sign in.

Reschedule Policy:

If you are unable to make your appointment please reschedule 48 hours before your appointment start time. Please use the reschedule link emailed to you. When the re-schedule time period is closed the reschedule link is deactivated.

About Friends & Family:

We are looking forward to serving you. For safety & tranquility, we strictly prohibit children and adults that are not receiving services from waiting inside the spa while you are being treated. Please respect the peace of the spa and come to your service alone.
